Let’s run together: un percorso di crescita attraverso lo sport

Il nostro progetto nasce con l’obiettivo di offrire a 100 studenti delle scuole medie, a rischio di esclusione sociale, un’opportunità unica di crescita personale e integrazione attraverso la preparazione alla maratona “Run for the Whales” di giugno 2025.

Il logo “Let’s Run Together” rappresenta due figure stilizzate che corrono fianco a fianco, unite in un abbraccio che forma un cuore al centro. Simboleggia l’importanza di correre insieme, superando ogni barriera fisica, sociale o culturale, mettendo sempre il cuore – inteso come passione, empatia e solidarietà – al centro di ogni azione. È un invito a educare i più giovani a uno stile di vita sano, basato sul movimento, il gioco di squadra e il rispetto reciproco, promuovendo inclusione e benessere attraverso lo sport.

What we offer

Comprehensive training program: 10 months of structured preparation, with athletic sessions, nutrition education and mental coaching, both in-person and online.

Comprehensive support: meetings with families and schools to raise awareness of the importance of sports and break down barriers to access.

Information materials: a booklet dedicated to the benefits of sports for health and well-being.
